先給自己慶祝一番

然後好好想想新的年歲，日子該如何積極前行

今天下課回家時收到爲淳遠渡重洋的生日賀卡～

雖然外頭又溼又冷，離冬天也不遠了！但是心裡頭止不住的溫暖，可是住著一個夏天來著

謝謝你為淳，我好喜歡～

I received Wei-Chuen's across-the-oceans birthday card when I finished my tutorial today.

The weather was so damp and chilly recently, seems like the winter is not so far away ; but , I have to say this card warmed my heart so much, just like the summer hasn't gone ,it actually stays inside of my heart .   

Thank you so much Wei-Chuen , I'm so appreciated and pleased. 

由於經過一整天的動腦互評，回家時早就呈現飢腸轆轆的狀態了

於是我變將所有的東西先擱在廚房餐桌上，開始準備晚餐（大餐）哈哈

其中當然有包括這張珍貴的卡片

According to this busy busy day, when I finally arrived home I felt extremely starving and almost can eat up a horse at that moment.  :p

Then, I put everything as well as this card upon the dining table and start to cook myself a supper (in big portion haha) 

室友黛西這時候走進廚房，跟我說今天她很有魄力的跟公司請了一天的假，除了好好休息（她前鎮子嚴重感冒）外，也因為她實在無法就這麼放下手邊正在閱讀的書，乖乖去上班～非得一口氣看完才行

哈哈，可愛的理由，不過說實在話，英國人真的是個非常喜愛閱讀的民族

搭地鐵，在路旁等朋友，單獨一人時

他們總是在閱讀，不論是報紙，書籍，雜誌，甚至是電子書也罷，他們總是在閱讀。

My flatmate Daisy came into the kitchen during I was preparing my supper, she told me that she asked for a day off determinedly today. The reason why she wanted to take a day off is not only because she wanted to have a good resting at home (she caught a serious flu previous days ago) ,but also cus she just couldn't help to finish the book that she's reading at right now. 

Ha ha what a cute reason it is , but to be honest British people do really obsess with reading.

They always read whenever they were taking the tube, waiting for somebody else in the road side, or even alone.

No matter what kind or media that they read , for instance , newspapers, books , magazines, or e-book... etc. they always read.   

當她看到這張卡片上的文字時，很感興趣的問我那上面到底寫了些什麼，也很可愛的問我：寫這些個字要花很久的時間嗎？

我回答：應該是不需要，不過一方面也是因為我們從小寫到大習慣了，所以比較不難

她回我：不過對我來說，可能需要寫一輩子

 When she saw this card , she was very interested in the context and suddenly asked me a lovely question which is about how long would it takes when doing the writing of this card, would it be long time to go ? 

I replied her : No , it won't take quite long for us to write, however it's because we've being writing in mandarine since we started to learn, so it was not quite difficult for us.   

She said : But It does look really hard to me, probably will take me for ages !

然後我指出了卡片上我的名字所在位置，告訴了她箇中的涵義

勵：是勉勵，努力

雯：是彩色的雲朵

她驚奇的看了我一下，說：妳應該很開心有個很美的名字

我說：是阿！

謝謝爸媽給了我這麼一個美麗的名字

為此我感到驕傲

Then I pointed out my name on the card, and explained the meaning of my name to her.

Li : means encouragement and strive

Wen : means colourful cloud

She looked at me suprisingly , said : You must be very happy with your beautiful name .

I said : Yes I am.

Thanks daddy and mommy gave me such a beautiful name

I'm very proud of that .

I feel so lucky to have her in our flat ~ though she's a little bit shy and introverted !

( hopefully I get the right adjective to describe her "kittenality" haha)

but when I feel so lonely or exhausted , it's always so good to have this cuties creature company with me then I can stroke her and talk to her ~

which makes me feel that I'm not longer to be a outsider of this country anymore, instead I feel myself really at home. 

She's my flatemate's pretty dou Dove love :) 

新十字六號聯合國之家

搬新家之後，很感謝神，新室友們都很好相處，還有一隻叫Dove的大貓咪作伴(真想念我們家那隻兔子喵)
家裡就像是個小型聯合國，英國，葡萄牙，印度，台灣還有來自貓咪王國的代表同住一屋子
確實有趣～
特別的是，其中幾位室友跟家裡人感情特別緊密，一下爸媽北上倫敦帶來親自bake的蛋糕，一下全家總動員幫忙搬家～完全顛覆了我對西方人親子或家庭關係較為疏離的刻版印象～
不過，看了果真會很是羨慕阿！

今早和其中一位室友聊天，他說待會將要跟他的兩個sisters聚聚，不過他是排行最小的～說到這個，我跟他說我也有兩個sisters，只不過我是家裡最長的女孩 :)
我告訴他，我很想念家人們 ; 他問說平時如何連絡，我說 skype,line,whatsapp 之類的 ~
雖說科技確實疏離了人們，但是卻又同時拉近了相距天涯彼端的人們彼此間的距離
讓家人不在身邊的我也可以一直聽到他們的聲音，真好

總之，我也要在新十字六號的新家裡頭好好生活，好好念書，好好工作～
然後常常告訴爸媽妹妹們我愛他們:)

今天聽到一首歌
非常有意思，不過我發現最近會有發文後加上一首歌的習慣呢！
估計會持續一陣子吧！
