Last weekend me and Linda had a stimulating exploration with friends who we met in Berlin's hostel to a forgotten city which located in the suburb of Berlin.
It only took us fifty mins by train from the central to there.
As we got off the train , we were surrounded by a desolate vibe without a second.
Apparently we were the only visitors there ~
Besides , It was drizzling at that moment .
The first impression that this place gave me was quite gloomy.
The abandon city located in the central of an enormous forest and it was actual divided by a long giant cement wall against to the new residences.
We therefore had to walked alongside the wall, and tried to find the way to the forest.
This man was one of the few locals that we met before we headed into the enormous forest.
where was he going ?
There were footprints everywhere on the snowy ground , some were from people and some were from wild animals ~ but you couldn't see any other creature at all except our fellows .
One of our friend who came from Russia told us there were some of wolves' footprints as well !!
scary isn't it ?!!
The first building that we went to is a former hospital wards .
Windows of this building were all smashed , however it went just so right with the eery atmosphere and those rotted windowsill and vulnerable stairs were like showing you an reputation that what an abandon construction supposed to have.
Graffitis were in everywhere.
This massive room was formed by two rooms that connected together into one room.
When I first walked into here I was quite intriguing that who would write "stalking" on an abandon building's wall ...
It seemed like a kind reminder to all of the visitors ~ perhaps, there was someone watching over you !
so creepy though ~ but quite hilarious anyway :)
A view from a balcony in one of the hospital wards.
A view of roof top.
The second building was used to be an operation centre.
Windows and doors in ground floor were all blocked by thick and massive wooden boards .
There was only one of us could manage to access in this building successfully.
The third building might be a dwelling building I assumed .
From its burnt wall we could presumed that it had came across a fire previously, so literally the interior of whole building were devastated by flame only got dust and some bricks left.
However it was my favorite one.
A tunnel to aerial forest.
The reason why I would love here most was because there had a extremely stunning and abundant forest in the roof top, just imagined I was in the aerial forest !
How impressive it was !
We left this city around 3 pm in the afternoon , when the forest became quite misty and could be quite dangerous to stay in the forest even buildings because lacked of lighting.
It was a really unforgettable adventure with friends.
bye bye my friends and Beelitz-heilstätten , the abandon city.
I don't know whether I will see them and go back to here again or not...
perhaps, I would never have chance to see you all again , but I will remember and miss you all forever .
